Marketing & Social Strategist

This role involves creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns for domestic and international releases. You will also be responsible for developing and executing audience growth and engagement strategies that drive awareness and consumption of our repertoire locally and globally.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality video content using ideation, examples, capture, edits, and delivery; and sourcing relevant references to guide content planning and execution.
  • Manage strategy, rollout, and content distribution across label and artist channels.
  • Conduct channel audits across all label and artist profiles to ensure peak performance.
  • Drive e-commerce success through social media and websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in digital marketing in entertainment (ideally within the Music or entertainment Industry).
  • Excellent understanding of social media including short-form content platforms, online communities, streaming services, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, HTML editors, and Microsoft and Google Suite.
