Programmed, a trusted leader in providing managed workforce and training solutions across Australia, is seeking an experienced Agitator Driver to join our team based in Armidale.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with day shifts.
  • The successful candidate will operate an agitator truck to safely deliver concrete products to customer sites in Armidale and surrounding areas.
  • The ideal candidate will provide high-quality customer service while representing the company professionally.
  • Batching and mixing concrete according to specifications and orders will be a key responsibility of this role.
  • Maintaining clean and tidy vehicles, equipment, and work areas is essential for the success of this position.

About You:

  • You must hold a current HR licence and have proven HR operating experience.
  • A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) is also required.
  • Willingness to provide your driving history record is necessary for this role.
  • Prior experience with operating agitator trucks is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • You must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, functional capacity evaluation, and drug and alcohol screening.
  • A safety-first attitude and proactive work ethic are essential for this position.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
