We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager to lead our venue operations.
About the Role
- Leverage your leadership skills to drive revenue growth, boost market share, and improve profit margins for our venue.
- Spend two days per week on-site driving business relationships, engaging with local businesses, and crafting marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Collaborate with our Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Mentorship and Development
- Support and develop your team to achieve their full potential and foster a culture of excellence.
- Partner with our Restaurant Manager to identify talent gaps and implement targeted training programs.
- Key Performance Indicators
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing costs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A proven leader with 3+ years of experience in a Venue Manager or General Manager role.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to create and execute growth plans.
- An effective communicator and collaborator who can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
