About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, requiring a Rehabilitation Consultant with a strong background in Psychology or Counselling.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology and be registered with relevant authorities. They will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about assisting individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans, and pride themselves on strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments and guidance to people who are facing a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
  • Conduct assessments to help guide individuals toward their new career.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
