Key Responsibilities
  • Lending Operations
    • Assess and process loan applications and maintenance requests with precision and attention to detail.
    • Ensure tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and service level targets.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
    • Maintain strict adherence to relevant legislation, contracts, and internal policies, with particular emphasis on AML requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
    • Keep documentation and process manuals current and aligned with business practices.
    • Operate data management systems in accordance with company procedures.
  • Member Experience
    • Deliver exceptional service to meet Voice of Member (VOM) targets and uphold our 'Best in Class' satisfaction standards.
    • Resolve application issues efficiently through collaboration with sales teams and members, escalating when necessary.
    • Maintain excellence in service across all stakeholder interactions.
Requirements
  • Up to 2 years' experience in a lending or finance-related role.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality service in credit application processing.
  • Certificate IV or higher in Financial Services.
