Job Summary

This is a full-time position in the hospitality industry, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager. We are looking for someone with a big personality who can have fun with and entertain our guests. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for hotels and hospitality and be driven for experience that will further their career within the company.

About the Role

This role will be predominantly evening based overseeing food & beverage operations. As a key member of the team, you will assist in leading, supporting, and inspiring our dedicated FOH team. You will maintain a calm, confident presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and a warm guest journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading, supporting, and inspiring the FOH team.

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and assist with rostering, staff development, and performance.
  • Optimize table flow and service rhythm to support both the guest experience and team efficiency.
  • Manage customer feedback with grace and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and excellence in every service.
  • Support inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Contribute to the continued refinement and growth of our guest experience.

  • Strong Food and Beverage service skills.
  • Precise attention to detail with an intense desire to strive for excellence always.
  • A confident, proactive, and thorough problem solver with strong conflict resolution skills.
  • The natural ability to remain calm under pressure when responding to last-minute changes.
  • Flawless presentation and grooming together with the ability to connect with VIP guests and visitors.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
