We are one of the leading providers of support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and we're seeking qualified Speech Pathologists to join our team.
As a Speech Pathologist with us, you'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides person-centred care to individuals with varying levels of disability. Our approach is focused on empowering participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Our Approach- We use a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goal setting, and intervention, ensuring that each participant receives tailored support that addresses their unique needs and aspirations.
- We combine standardised and non-standardised assessments to inform our clinical reasoning and develop effective interventions that meet our participants' needs.
- We deliver speech therapy interventions in settings that best match our participants' goals, whether it's at home, school, or in our clinic space.
- We collaborate with our local multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support that meets the diverse needs of our participants.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
