The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong track record of providing great customer service, and a passion for exceeding client expectations.

About the Role:

This dynamic role involves providing first-line support to the Head of Broker Support Facultative, preparing new and existing broker contract documents, processing broker business into our Singapore office, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on business and broker-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Broker Support Facultative in their day-to-day activities
  • Prepare and review contract documents for brokers
  • Process broker business transactions in our Singapore office
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on business and broker-related matters
  • Assist with ad-hoc office projects and initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
  • Some experience working within financial services is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A passion for delivering results and exceeding client expectations
