Kitchen Team Member Job Description

The role of a Kitchen Team Member is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Prepare food and beverage products in accordance with standard operating procedures and duty statements
  • Participate in cleaning tasks as prescribed by the standard operating procedures or as directed by the Chef on duty
  • Communicate effectively with the Chef on duty regarding catering-related issues and needs where required
  • Attend team meetings as scheduled

Requirements:

  • A commitment to our core values
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
  • Passion for delivering great service and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of HACCP/food safety principles
  • Certification in Cookery or Hospitality (Desirable but not essential)
  • Capacity to lift up to 20kg
