This is a newly created role where you will have the chance to shape it from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of end-to-end retail product assortment across store network.
- Creation of monthly trend-led assortments tailored to store size, location and customer profile.
- Collaboration with Planning on OTB sales plans and store capacity.
- Partnership with Supply Chain to streamline delivery timing and inventory flow.
- Alignment in-store visuals and marketing with product and trend direction.
- Analytical review of sell-through product performance and customer insights to optimise future assortments.
- Monitoring competitive retail landscape and adaptation with product strategies that cut through.
- Driving cross-functional alignment for seamless and impactful retail execution.
- 5+ years experience in retail buying management preferably in high-velocity multi-store environment.
- Proven strengths in range planning inventory management trend forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
- A track record of curating and executing trend-led assortments driving sales and customer engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen ability to make data-driven decisions growing sales and protecting margin.
- Able to operate at pace structure and autonomy in fast-moving environment.
- A strategic thinker who leads with insight not afraid to get into details.
- Passionate about product trends and what makes Gen Z customers tick.
