Business Intelligence Analyst - People Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence professional to join our dynamic People Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain a suite of regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards utilizing HRIS and other data sources.
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to our workforce.
  • Translate these insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other teams to provide data-driven support for key initiatives and programs.
  • Audit, cleanse, and validate people data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports.
  • Develop and implement data governance best practices.
  • Respond to and fulfill ad-hoc data requests from various stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, improving efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences through presentations, written summaries, and visualizations.
Requirements:
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Proficient in designing and building reports and dashboards using HRIS and other tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools.
