About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Window Treatment Installer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.

  • Install window treatments to the highest standards, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with the project management team to optimize installation processes and reduce costs;
  • Represent the organization professionally and maintain confidentiality in all interactions;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to legislative requirements;
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the project manager or service department administrator.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in installation and/or manufacturing roles, preferably in joinery, cabinet making, or carpentry;
  • Hold a valid White Card (QLD);
  • Be willing to receive training from industry professionals;
  • Possess an elevated work platform ticket (an advantage);
  • Comply with national codes, guidelines, and legislative obligations;
  • Demonstrate high motivation, self-starting ability, and organizational skills;
  • Show excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills;
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Show willingness to accept responsibility.
