Position Overview

Responsible for the precise and safe installation of aluminium windows and doors, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install residential and commercial windows and doors, sashes, and site glazing.
  • Ensure accurate alignment, sealing, and finishing of installations.
  • Interpret and follow technical drawings and installation specifications.
  • Conduct minor adjustments and repairs as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and the office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in glazing or a similar position within the window industry is highly regarded.
  • Comprehensive understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
  • Capable of lifting and performing manual handling tasks.
  • Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High standard of personal presentation and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to installation procedures and product knowledge.
  • Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and White Card.
