Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and advice to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide an excellent customer experience, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our paint and product range, including color matching and application techniques.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, including EFTPOS and other payment methods.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Product Knowledge: Have a genuine interest in our products and be able to demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to problem-solve customer issues.
  • Physical Ability: Be able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products in store.
