Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the communities we serve, including lived experience of neurodivergence and/or being LGBTQIASB+. You should also have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently while maintaining regular check-ins.
