Job Summary:

As a Senior Engineering Leadership professional, you will be responsible for driving the pre-sales organisation within the ANZ Federal Sales District. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Develop and oversee your team's professional development, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor behaviour to inform Sales Leadership and Product Management.

You must be extremely results-driven, customer-focused, and skilled at building internal relationships and external partnerships.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required; a Graduate Degree is preferred but not essential.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as an individual contributor and 1 to 5 years as a people manager is required.
  • Based in Canberra and understanding of the ANZ Federal sector is a must. Australian citizenship with security clearance (NV1 and above is preferred).
  • Experience demonstrating significant expertise in technical specifications required to sell NetApp products and services is necessary.
