About the Role

This is a full-time position as an Electrician in the Greenmill Area. We're looking for someone to join our team at the Jubilee Sawmill in Mount Gambier, South Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently carrying out maintenance and modification of production equipment to ensure plant productivity is maximised. They will also be the first point of call for any electrical matters in the Greenmill Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
  • Solve complex problems and recommend solutions to ensure plant uptime targets are achieved.
  • Work effectively independently or in a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a valid electrical trade qualification and 'A Grade' SA Electrical Licence. Ideally, you'll have experience in a relevant/similar industry and be able to demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
