About the Role

We're looking for volunteers who are warm, caring, compassionate and team players to join us in our aged care centres and retirement villages.

You'll make a positive difference in the lives of our residents by helping support their health and wellbeing.

Our volunteer program offers flexibility and informal interactions, personalised activities and strengthens our ability to respond to individual preferences.

Care Centres and Retirement Villages

We have multiple locations where you can make a difference, including:

  • IRT Greenwell Gardens (Nowra)
  • IRT Culburra
  • IRT St Georges Basin
  • IRT Sarah Claydon Village (Milton)

Roles and Responsibilities

As a volunteer, you'll work closely with our team to provide support and care to our residents. You'll have opportunities to engage in leisure and lifestyle, health and wellbeing, spiritual support and community access activities.

What We Offer

All volunteers will receive a thorough onboarding program and access to ongoing training in-line with your role. You'll also have access to free and confidential EAP services providing support on personal and volunteer-related issues.
