Dynamic 365 Supply Chain Consultant

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van hoogwaardige consultancydiensten op het gebied van Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het implementeren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen, met een focus op het in Logistieke & MRP/productie domein.

Jij bent onderdeel van een klantteam waarbij jij gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk bent voor de klanten die in het team worden bediend. Jij neemt deel in projecten om de lifecycle van onze klanten optimaal te leren kennen en te bedienen. Naast het afhandelen van verstoringen en wijzigingsverzoeken/optimalisaties geeft jij dus ook advies om de klantprocessen te optimaliseren.

Jouw missie is om onze klanten elke dag weer te blij maken door oplossingen te vinden waardoor zij weer kunnen werken. Ben je proactief, vind je het leuk om te analyseren, klanten te adviseren en je creativiteit aan te wenden om problemen op te lossen en processen te optimaliseren?

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Het samenwerken met collega's binnen klantteam om zo de maximale waarde voor onze klanten en opdrachten te realiseren;
  • Het oplossen van incidenten, het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van processen aan onze klanten;
  • Het uitdragen van advies over toekomstige Microsoft-ontwikkelingen;
  • Het faciliteren van de klantreis door het voorbereiden en organiseren van het business ritme (maandelijks operationeel overleg) met de klanten binnen het klantenteam;
  • Het actief afstemmen met jouw Service Delivery Manager of Customer Team Manager en klanten over de voortgang van verbeteringen en het in kaart brengen van potentiële kansen en eventuele uitdagingen.
