About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Executive for our busy Mercedes-Benz North Shore showroom in Chatswood, one of Sydney's top PMAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and prospect for new customers by engaging with potential clients to build and maintain a strong customer base
- Ensure a robust follow-up system to foster repeat business and generate new leads through effective follow-up strategies
- Maximise sales opportunities to contribute to achieving our volume and profit goals by capitalising on every sales opportunity
- Maintain product knowledge by staying informed about all current product benefits and features, including models and series
- Sales and handover of new Mercedes-Benz vehicles to provide a seamless and satisfying sales and handover experience for our customers
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is essential for this role
- Automotive experience is desired but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members
- Outstanding negotiation skills to close deals and maximise sales
- Passion for industry-leading customer service with a commitment to delivering top-tier service to our clients
- Willingness to work hard and have fun as part of a team that values both dedication and enjoyment in the workplace
