Indoor Plant Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Indoor Plant Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by designing, installing and maintaining indoor plantscapes that enhance their work environments.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and install indoor plantscapes for clients
  • Maintain existing plantscapes to ensure optimal health and appearance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
