Highly Skilled Network Architect with Advanced Security Clearance

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team at XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a remote position that requires a current security clearance of at least Negative Vetting Level 1 and at least five (5) years demonstrated experience in the design, management and maintenance of large scale data centre networking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop network high-level designs and detailed designs;
  • Articulate detail through design and implementation plans;
  • Demonstrate high developed diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
  • Work effectively as a team member.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with Solid knowledge in design and configuration of Networking, Wireless LAN, Software Define Network;
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and integration of enterprise network;
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing, configuring and maintaining network devices including Cisco Catalyst, Nexus Switches, Cisco ACI, F5 Load balancers, DNS, network proxy and network firewalls;
  • Expertise in dynamic routing protocols, particularly EIGRP, OSPF & BGP;
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and maintenance of system architecture and design documentation;
  • Experience using network management software and tools to investigate and diagnose network problems, collect performance statistics and create reports;
  • Demonstrated experience with or knowledge of Australian Government information security policies, the ASD Information Security Manual and Essential Eight.
