About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with staff and residents to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic village setting.

As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading the effective delivery of village resident service functions, including enquiry triaging, resident information updates, collaboration with accounts and acting as village reception/administration.

You will also be responsible for delivering resident activities, such as happy hours and outings, and collaborating with the Sales Advisor and Regional Operations Managers in regards to village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions and open days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective delivery of village resident service functions
  • Enquiry triaging and resident information updates
  • Collaboration with accounts and village reception/administration
  • Delivery of resident activities, such as happy hours and outings
  • Collaboration with Sales Advisor and Regional Operations Managers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills in juggling conflicting priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and prepared to learn new skills
  • The ability to build meaningful relationships with staff, residents and their families
  • A high emphasis on customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail
