Role Overview

As a Digital Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online learning interface. You will implement UI/UX best practices to improve navigation, engagement, and learning outcomes. You will create high-fidelity interface designs using design tools, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that put students at the heart of the learning experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enhance User Interface: Design and implement UI improvements, focusing on usability, accessibility, and engagement across various devices.
  • Drive UX Excellence: Conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes to guide the design process and improve student learning outcomes.
  • Create and Manage Digital Assets: Design components, icons, and templates that align with University branding and ensure consistency across courses.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions and propose innovative ideas to enhance the online learning experience.
