Job Title: Digital Content Experience Manager

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing digital team within an organisation shaping how audiences connect through innovative and engaging digital content.

About the Role:

In this key role, you'll shape and execute a comprehensive content strategy for major sections of an organisation's digital presence. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to improve information architecture, enhance customer journeys, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of content—from implementation to optimisation.

  • Lead content strategy for assigned digital properties, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality, and audience-centric content.
  • Oversee CMS implementation and operationalisation, managing workflows and content governance.
  • Utilise SEO best practices and data insights to maximise visibility and user engagement.
  • Apply strong knowledge of UX design, information architecture, and content design principles.
  • Manage multiple content projects with effective planning, prioritisation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class user experiences across platforms.
  • Improve information architecture and enhance customer journeys.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of content.
  • Maximise visibility and user engagement through SEO best practices.
  • Apply UX design, information architecture, and content design principles.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content production, SEO, content governance, and stakeholder management.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful digital content experiences for consumer-facing brands.
  • Experience working on large-scale digital products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX best practices, and content lifecycle management.
