The Role

We're seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team. As an ECT, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of curriculum across age groups
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
  • Contribute to the development of centre policies and procedures
  • Support and mentor fellow educators to ensure a high-quality learning environment

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • At least one year of post-qualification experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
