 Workforce Coordinator - Operations Management - Hybrid Role

This role involves managing the end-to-end process for allocating service requests, liaising booking and schedules with customers to ensure expectations are met, reviewing and reporting on utilisation, ensuring alignment on jobs and corresponding service reports for billing purposes, and coordinating and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards.

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in tasks allocation depending on case severity/ geographic location / remote or on-site services, ability to adapt to unexpected situations and re-prioritise accordingly, managing appointments and schedules for over 10 technicians based in various states, a dedicated team player with exceptional relationship-building skills, review progress and track next steps for specific large projects, excellent written and oral communication skills, high level of professional integrity and ethics.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, fluency in English, experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana), CRM Salesforce, support ticketing tool (e.g., Team Support, Zen Desk), and be legally authorised to work in Australia.
