Neighbourhood Administration Role

Make a positive impact in the lives of others through this pivotal administration role. As a key support staff member, you will play a crucial part in ensuring business operations run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.

About the role:

  • Support and coordinate teams within each neighbourhood to achieve common goals.
  • Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood to optimize efficiency.
  • Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested by management.
  • Efficiently organize appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
  • Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases.

Key Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling - highly regarded.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads with a can-do attitude.
