Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Associate with experience in batch release to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review batch manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance with specified quality standards and approved manufacturing processes.
  • Perform visual inspections on intermediate and finished products to identify any defects or anomalies.
  • Coordinate product samples for submission to regulatory agencies as required.
  • Support the maintenance of quality systems relating to batch release and assist with the development of training modules.
  • Provide administrative support to the quality team, including data review and electronic quality management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science or a related discipline.
  • Specific experience in regulated pharmaceutical industry with a focus on QA and cGMP standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience in QMS documentation, processes, and systems.
  • Sound organisational, decision-making, and customer service skills.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
