We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Commercial Underwriter to join our SME Digital Trading Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing our SME digital book of business, delivering excellent broker/customer experience, and providing technical underwriting support in a fast-paced multi-demand channel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with brokers to drive business growth.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical underwriting support to brokers and customers.
  • Work independently, handling complex risks and collaborating with the team as needed.
  • Make confident decisions within underwriting authority.
What We Offer
  • Starting salary circa £25,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary (dependent on performance and Aviva's).
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva contributes up to 14%.
