We are currently seeking Skilled Consultants who can support our clients in the mid-sized and privately-held sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational change initiatives using proven methodologies to drive business transformation.
  • Develop customized change approaches that are clear and easily understood by teams.
  • Coach and mentor teams, boards, and stakeholders on change management best practices.
  • Support communications and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish clear communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs.
  • Identify and manage risks and resistances to change.
  • Define and measure metrics to track progress and monitor change.
  • Develop and implement change plans across multiple projects, ensuring oversight and coordination.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of business challenges and opportunities within mid-sized organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fantastic organizational skills, including experience with project management and transformation.
  • Consultants who are comfortable working independently and open to diverse project opportunities.
