Lead Mixologist - Full Time Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Mixologist to join our dynamic team at Pier One Sydney Harbour.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their expertise in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

As a Lead Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting drinks that exceed our guests' expectations, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of ingredients and spirits, and to develop your skills in cocktail creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails to guests according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  • Restock supplies as needed, and ensure that all ingredients and spirits are properly stored and secured.
  • Develop and implement new drink recipes and menus to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work effectively with other members of the hospitality team to deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, and ingredients.
