Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment">
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to create innovative drinks">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction">
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities">
  • Able to lead by example, inspiring colleagues and fostering a positive team culture">
  • Valid RSA & competency card">
  • Capacity to think creatively, solving problems and finding solutions">
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends">
