We are seeking a Casual Office Administrator to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care to children and their families. The successful candidate will be motivated to gain valuable exposure to a clinic environment, perhaps while studying, as well as being driven to positively contribute to our supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing solutions for our patients, with excellent time management and organisational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders on varied levels.

Key responsibilities will include managing enquiries and visitors to the clinic, providing high quality service and presentation, taking payments over the phone and in person, following and upholding policies, entering data accurately into practice management software, ordering stock and supplies, and providing general administrative and systems support to the team.
