Remote Site Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced site administrators to join a team as a Remote Site Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcome and assist residents and visitors with site access and room keys
  • Manage the front reception desk and retail kiosk as required
  • Coordinate flights and accommodation for employees, contractors and labour hire
  • Data Entry and compile reports for various stakeholders
  • Log and assist with maintenance requests
  • Prepare daily housekeeping runs

The successful candidate will possess:

  • FIFO site administration experience on a camp or mine site
  • Advanced computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Experience using INX or a similar accommodation management system
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
