Ventia are seeking a Site Administrator to join our team, working on our Pilbara contract in Port Hedland. This position will see you support our operations team on our Pilbara site.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Site Administrator, supporting our Pilbara contract.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Coordinate new starter on boarding & mobilisation
- Assist with document control
- Manage data entry
- Co-ordinate site meetings
- Daily and weekly reporting along with other associated site admin duties.
- Liaising with the mobilisation team regarding site travel, employee training, compliance etc.
- Assisting with HR & Recruitment administration

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in similar site-based operations position
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in time sheeting & handling payroll queries
- Exposure to on-boarding and mobilisation support
- Prior experience with SAP highly regarded but not essential.
