Key Role in Library Branches

You will be the welcoming face of our library branches, providing a positive experience for customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patrons in finding their next great read or navigating our digital resources.
  • Supporting programs such as children's activities and literacy initiatives.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our library spaces.
  • Contributing to service delivery and operations improvements.

This role requires flexibility, including working shifts across the public library network on weekends.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have a current Working with Vulnerable People registration.
