Job Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead mobile and fixed plant maintenance at our operation.

About the Role
  • Conduct Safe Act Observations (SAOs) and address unsafe behaviours or process deviations to uphold safety standards and statutory obligations.
  • Guide supervisors and trades in executing equipment repairs and overhauls, focusing on minimising downtime and maximising fleet availability.
  • Identify and implement optimisation initiatives across mobile and fixed plant maintenance to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Work closely with production and planning teams to align maintenance priorities with operational needs, ensuring plant reliability and availability targets are met.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to site standards, work instructions, and statutory procedures across all maintenance activities and personnel.
About You
  • Proven leadership in coal maintenance, ideally across both mobile and fixed plant environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mining machinery, processing infrastructure, and shutdown coordination.
  • Qualifications: current Coal Board Medical, relevant RIIs, S1, S2, S3.
