Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of construction projects. This includes project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
