Project Coordinator Role Overview

This project coordinator position is designed to support the Blak and Proud research initiative.

The successful candidate will contribute to community engagement, resource development, training coordination, and implementation of changes within the ATSICHS Brisbane organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including community members, staff, and partners.
  • Maintain clear communication and ensure smooth project lifecycle execution.
  • Support governance structures in place for the project.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of a new practice model for LGBTQIASB+ healthcare at the ATSICHS Woolloongabba clinic.
  • Support the creation and documentation of new accreditation standards.
  • Develop and implement proper communication strategies internally and externally related to the new model of care.
  • Collaborate on a communication and marketing strategy for the BLAK PRIDE certification program accreditation.
