About the Role
The Cancer Psychosocial Service aims to enhance outcomes for individuals with cancer and their families by providing a comprehensive psychosocial service within inpatient, outpatient, and community settings.
As a Counsellor or Psychotherapist, you will possess a deep understanding of issues related to oncology and the impact of cancer on an individual and their family/carers. You will demonstrate a commitment to working collaboratively within an Interdisciplinary environment.
You will promote positive client outcomes through high-quality assessment, counselling, and care planning interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Registration with the relevant professional body
- Experience working in a mental health or oncology setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
