Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with individuals with developmental delays and/or disability, providing therapeutic support and intervention to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with developmental delays and/or disability
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care
- Provide education and training to families and caregivers on strategies to support their loved ones
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
- Current registration with the relevant professional body
- Experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
