About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our retail teams in Geelong and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-site retail management and a proven track record of driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and direction to retail teams to ensure delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Store Performance Monitoring: Track and manage store performance to meet sales, expenditure, stock and production targets.
  • New Store Openings and Closures: Manage new store openings, renewals and closures aligned to regional and area strategic plans.

You will have:

  • A degree level qualification in Business, Retail or related field (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience and success in retail and leadership management.
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-site retail management.
  • Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration and diversity.
