To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
  • Experience in team management, either as a head nurse or practice manager
  • Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching for team members
  • An extensive knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A friendly and approachable attitude
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills
