Concierge Role

At our prestigious location, we're seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and support to our tenants and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, where you'll have the chance to develop your skills and build meaningful relationships with our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all customers and visitors
  • Deliver VIP meet and greet services and building tours
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism
  • Maintain pristine Front of House areas and provide local area guidance
  • Promote retail tenancies and community events across the precinct
  • Facilitate wellness classes, monthly trivia, and customer experience initiatives
  • Drive WorkLife platform engagement and manage digital communications
  • Host community events and prepare activation briefs
  • Provide hotel-style services including restaurant bookings, transport arrangements, and event bookings
  • Manage concierge platforms, data systems, and meeting room facilities
  • Support customer retention strategies through data capture and analysis
  • Adhere to WHS policies and assist with administrative duties
Requirements
  • Customer service experience
  • Friendly, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Professional presentation and natural initiative
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible hours
  • Team player mentality
  • Certificate in Hospitality/Business
  • Fire Warden or First Aid experience (or willingness to train)
