Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to work with our Hire Manager to identify vacant positions and complete requisitions for the employment process. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating interviews, pre-screening candidates, and ensuring compliance with mandatory new starter training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Hire Manager to identify vacant positions and complete requisitions for the employment process
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and pre-screening candidates
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory new starter training and onboarding documents
  • Coordinate with the care team for carer buddy shifts and ensure required system log-on and password access
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory workforce competencies and qualifications
Requirements
  • Relevant minimum qualification (Diploma of Business Administration/Human Resource Management)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Recruitment or HR Administration role
  • Advanced computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated person with high levels of initiative and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
