Customer Data Enablement Manager

Our organization is looking for an experienced manager to lead our customer data enablement program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations.

This role is critical to driving consistency in planning, design, and execution across the organization. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with key business stakeholders to support delivery within their domain and provide direction on key issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial crime compliance processes and obligations, as well as knowledge of customer data and its utilization in supporting FC processes and intelligence. They should also possess strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish the customer data enablement program as a delivery stream within the wider organizational framework.
  • Builddedicated team to support program delivery accountabilities.
  • Establish Group relationships with key business stakeholders to support delivery within their domain.
  • Provide leadership and direction related to key delivery risk and issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in delivering large complex change within a similar industry context.
  • Knowledge and experience of financial crime compliance processes and obligations.
  • Knowledge of customer data and how it is utilized to support FC processes and intelligence.
  • Proven delivery leader with experience in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
