As a Treasury Reporting and Transformation Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization's financial management. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement data-driven solutions that streamline treasury processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimize financial performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in driving organizational change and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to optimize treasury processes and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development of treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in treasury or product reporting, business intelligence, or related risk reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Dataiku, Python, or Alteryx
  • Exposure to some form of regulatory reporting on liquidity, EFS, capital, or other product level reporting/management information
