Early Childhood Educator Team Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader to lead a team of educators in our 6 week to 2.8 year old room.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families by providing a high-quality, child-centered education program.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Have experience as a Lead Educator
  • Hold a Current Working with Children Check and approved First Aid Certificate
  • Completed Mandatory Child Protection Training
  • Computer skills

The key selection criteria include:

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a sound understanding of the National Law and National Quality Framework
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to plan, implement and work within a child-centered play-based program
  • Demonstrated ability to form positive, collaborative working relationships with all families and colleagues
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills and qualities
  • Professional attitude and presentation
