About the RoleThis position involves working as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms. You will support your colleagues and maintain a cooperative team spirit while working in a safe manner to protect yourself and others.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
- Reliable and trustworthy individual
